Here is a general breakdown of the costs we incur on a daily, weekly and/or yearly basis.
Fees for Senior Dogs and Dogs with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not spay/neuter Puppies younger than 6 months of age. If adopting a Puppy younger than 6 months, the adopter must sign a Spay/Neuter Agreement and commit to altering the puppy at an appropriate age between 6 months and 1 year. Adoption is not finalized until these requirements are met.
We cover the full cost of the spay/neuter surgery IF it is done at the Veterinary Clinic we use here in Bakersfield, CA. We will share the cost of surgery if it's done at another location.
